Use The Hair Therapy System just like you would your ordinary shampoo and conditioner. We recommend washing your hair at least thrice a week to achieve good results.

To shampoo your hair, squeeze a generous amount of Hair Therapy Shampoo into your hand, then gently lather your wet hair for 2-5 minutes. When you’re finished, rinse well, and repeat if necessary.

After shampooing, apply a quarter-sized amount of Hair Therapy Conditioner to your scalp, spreading it from roots to ends. Leave the conditioner on your scalp for 5 minutes (or longer if desired) before rinsing.
